1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Movie Renamer Ultimate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
Movie Renamer Ultimate is licensed under the MIT License. The source code is freely available on GitHub. Your purchase grants you a compiled installer for convenience. You may use the software on any number of personal machines. You may not resell or redistribute the compiled installer.
3. TMDB API Usage
Movie Renamer Ultimate uses the TMDB API to fetch movie metadata. You are responsible for obtaining your own TMDB API key and complying with TMDB's Terms of Use. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Movie Renamer Ultimate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all systems, or accuracy of metadata results. Use of the software is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Josh Lehman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss or file system changes. Always maintain backups of your files before using any renaming software.
6. Download Links
Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your link expires, contact us at support@joshlehman.ca and we will issue a new one.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
