Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and a download link has been issued.
Before You Buy
The source code for Movie Renamer Ultimate is freely available on GitHub. We encourage you to review the code and feature set before purchasing. Your purchase pays for the convenience of a pre-built installer with automatic updates.
Expired Download Links
Download links are valid for 7 days. If your link expires before you download the software, contact us and we will issue a replacement link at no charge. This is not grounds for a refund.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the software, please contact us at support@joshlehman.ca before requesting a refund. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your card was charged without your authorization, please contact your bank or card issuer directly. You may also contact us at support@joshlehman.ca.
